Have you seen a deleted collection be put back on the report?

I just had a med collection deleted off my EQ. It is unpaid. Have you seen a collection agency put a collection back on after it was deleted?

I have seen situations where collections are deleted only to reappear later, either with the same CA or a different CA. Was it deleted it in response to a DV that you sent or a CRA dispute ?
