I've done a search and read dozens of threads on the issue and I'm totally unclear:

I was just informed of an old credit card debt which could be pursued either in FL or IN. Apparently, I made a payment in 2003 though I don't recall it. Let's say Nov 2003 for argument's sake.

This site lists these for SOL: http://www.fair-debt-collection.com/SOL-by-State.html

Indiana:

Indiana Statutes of Limitation

Breach of contract for sale under UCC: 4 years.

Unwritten accounts or contracts and promissory notes or written contracts for payment of money executed after August 31, 1982: 6 years.

Written contracts unrelated to the payment of money: 10 years.

Written acknowledgement or new promise signed by the debtor, or any voluntary payment on a debt, is sufficient evidence to cause the relevant statute of limitations to begin running anew.

Judgments: 10 years unless renewed.

I know FL is 4 years but is Indiana, for credit cards, 4 or 6 years? Am I in the clear?
