Hi All, So I had a judgement from Cap1.. I paid in full. Received a SW alert a few weeks ago that there was a change. I see that the balance for Cap1 went from 1900 down to 510.. So I decide to wait a little longer and see if it catches up and reports zero. Pulled another CR today, and its still reporting $510. I try calling Cap1... they tell me to call the CA that I paid... the CA tells me to call Cap1.

Any advice? Should I give it more time or dispute it through the CRA's??

Thanks!

I sent an email to a address given to me on here in the forums about a year ago, got a call back immediately.. apparently the email is for the CEO of B of A! (whoops kind of embarrasing).. The admin says they will see what they can do and call me back tomorrow.
