I've sent them over ten PFD letters and talked to them on the phone a number of times. They are rude and they refuse my PFD offers even though I'm not asking for a settlement, I'm willing to PIF. I'm done dealing with them and I refuse to pay them.</P><P>So here's my question: Has anyone ever had their Midland account sold to another CA? Midland bought my account from another CA, I'm hoping that since I refuse to pay they'll sell my account to someone else and the new CA&nbsp;might be willing to PFD. Unfortunately, I haven't see any post saying that their Midland account was sold.
