FIRST MAJOR SUCCESS...Midland funding deleted!!!

I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful insight and information they have given me so far!!!

To date I've sent out 4 GW, 7DV, and 3 PFD
and have had little success with GW to Cap 1, Credit One Bank, FNCC, and HSBC. I have received on positive PFD on a medical bill, and haven't heard back from other 2.

Most 2 of 7 DV where able to Validate so I'm sending PFD tomorrow I'm still waiting on 4.. And MIDLAND TRIED THEIR GAMES... But armed with the knowledge I received here I BEAT THEM... THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM ALL REPORTS!!!! I am soooo happy!!

Not to be discouraging, but there may have been considerations on their side other than inability to validate.

They may have simply withdrawn as the debt collector, or sold the debt.

Bottom line is that CR deletion does not remove the fact that unpaid debt is still lingering about, and someone may pick up the ball.

But, for now, it's a step!

Thanks you all for your encouraging words... Robert they didn't delete due to inability to validate.. They deleted because I filed complaints against them with AG BBB FTC for violating FDCPA and FCRA rules which we all know they do oh so well.. And because I have learned to keep exceptional paper trails I had solid evidence of that.. I also sent ITS to CEO and the FTC AG complaints were Cc to them.

I am very aware that the deletion doesn't rid me of the supposed debt... I like most here just want validation for what the debt is. And since I never received dunning letter for either of the 2 debts showing up on my report I just wanted to know what it was for. Had they validated I would have most definitely PFD and paid it.

Anyway again thanks for your help!! I think I'll just enjoy this small victory since we all know Midland is not easy to get rid of. And should they sell it.. Well I will handle that collector the same way!! I'm not paying for something that I have not validated
