Questions about disputing judgments on CR

Two questions:

Should I dispute judgments on my CR even if I think they might actually be mine?
Will the credit bureaus contact the furnisher of the judgments and give them my contact info during the dispute process?

1. Do you have a reason to dispute? Of course I won't support disputing just to be disputing.

2. Not sure, but I do believe it to be possible.

Should I dispute a judgment that I don't think is mine or are judgments different than other types of tradelines on a CR?

Now if the judgement is not yours, that would be cause for dispute.
