LVNV Funding mailing address Help!!!

Hello all,

I am 2 months away from attempting to build a home using a VA Loan, I currently have a judgment I am fighting in court with LVNV Funding. I have gone to court and filed a motion to vacate the judgment due to improper service. The only problem is I can't find a good address to send them a copy of the summons. Without them getting a copy of the summons it wont be heard on the court date assigned. Can anyone help on this. My court date is on the 9th of November.

Thank you so much for the quick response. I tracked the certified letter that I sent to the address listed on their website and it was delivered. It was a PO Box so I don't think they are going to sign for it.

Resurgent Capital LP is where you would need to send it to; they handle LVNV accounts.

The addresses they put on credit reports is wrong and letters bounce, at least mine did. This is a FCRA issue, and I used the incorrect address in a complaint to the BBB and this helped facilitate an account removal with LVNV
