Can anyone provide a goodwill letter for dillards and possibly wells fargo dealer services.

Odds are that won't help you that much. From my experience, GW letters have to be personalized and contain a couple components in order to be effective. A standard template most likely won't bring the kind of results you want. I hope this helps.

You can use a sample letter as a template but you need to change it up to make it your own. All the GW's I have written are based roughly off of sample templates but are re-written in my own words. I always had the feeling that if they get the same letters over and over that kind of ruins the personalized connection you need to make with someone to help you resolve your issues.

search for the name of the company, and if email addresses available, you will get them.
