On October 27 I was feeling lucky, and I applied for Capital one Cash rewards and AMEX Green Charge, got denied for both but I got my denial letter from Amex first and it said that they pulled EXperian and it was a score of 601... and now I got my denial letter from Cap1 and it said experian as well for 498! both pulls from same day... I was aware my score was in the upper 500's (i know I had no business apping for the AMEX) but still what shoudl I do? Contact Cap1? or Experian?

That's a different scoring model. Cap1 used a proprietary scoring system to calculate a score. I think it caps at 650 or so. Call the backdoor number and try for a recon.

Don't sweat it too much. As shogun mentioned they use an internal scoring system. Try a recon and just keep working on raising those scores! You'll get there.
