AR soft pull from EOS-CCA?

Jeez...I wonder what's gonna happen now.

Was checking my EQ online and I see a soft pull from these people in the inquires section.

Kinda nervous but at least it's not a hard pull!!!

I would expect a dunning notice in the near future. You could DV them now, seeing as it would be timely.

I would expect a report w/ no dunning, because that seems to be these guys MO..

We have had good success on the board with contacts/BBB complaints.. keep an eye on it, and if it hits, we go your back!

Sure enough, I get a voice mail from them on my home phone today. No mention of what they debt was, though.

Guess I'll be writing up a DV soon....

You must receive a dunning notice from them within 5 days or it's a FDCPA violation.

You're not able to see soft pulls from any CMS usually. I'm only able to see softs from the CRA's websites directly.

Anyway, I did get a dunning and sent a DV. I recognize the OC...NCO Financial had it before. I did a DV on them a while ago but never received any validation back from them. Maybe it's some kind of Junk debt?
