    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;It appears Anderson Fin. sold my account to another collection agency and now the new collection agency is reporting the collections too - can they do this - two collection agency on my report for the same bill?&amp;nbsp; Oh yea, this second reporting drop my score by 33 point OMG.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Nope. Only one OC and one CA for each account can report.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DV them both. But if the debt's still within SoL, be prepared to pay if DVing wakes the "sleeping giant!"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After DVing them both (thus finding out who actually has legal right to collect -- AND the other CA is deleted, of course!), if you're OUT of SoL, PFD the one reporting!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best of luck!! &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;</description>
