Had been battling First Premier about them still lising 120+ late on an account that was sold in 2009

took the matter to the BBB and FPB fixed it so it is showing my last late of 90 days in 2009 account transferred/sold

got 21 points for getting that fixed.

Finally have an EQ over 600

I am not sure I can help or not, I was only able to get mine removed as there was no balance due so therefore the account

couldn't be late. If they are listing lates from when the account was open I don't think they will budge FPB is tricky and very stubborn.

Does FPB still own the account? is there a balance?
