Well no real news yet, but I did get an email back.

I am contacting you on behalf of the Chase Card Services Executive Office in response to your e-mail received on December 2, 2012, addressed to Jamie Dimon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Thank you for the opportunity to review your inquiry. If you could please contact me at your earliest convenience, I would like to speak with you further regarding your concern. My office hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Central Time.

I'm guessing this is gonna end up with a big NO.

IMO, they would have said NO in their response. But since this is going a bit further, this might be in your favor. Try and let us know how it goes.

I received the same and got a yes too, but call them. Eventually they left me a message, and I called back - spoke to them on a Friday, gone for good by Monday, even though they said it may take 30 days.

Okay, so after playing phone tag with the secretary from Chase she told me that she looked into my account and "something about who they sold it to" wasn't adding up. She said she would need a few more days to look into it. Will call her monday.
