Quick question!

I had a personal loan through a company that has several offices in my state. Over a few years, I moved twice and the account moved with me to each office. It is paid off (no CO or CA) but I have quite a bit of lates and they're detailed through each office on my CR.

Do I need to GW each different address since they all reported with different addresses or do I just send my GW letter to one?

Please help!!

IMO, send as many GW letters as it takes. At my peak for my Verizon Wireless CO, I was sending about 15 PFDs to different addresses each month. Obviously start with the address(es) on your CR(s). It's that office or offices that deals with the reporting. Next figure out if these are regional offices or if there's a parent company or HQ and use those addresses. Since they are loaning money, then they probably have to register with your state. You can access those records and those contain addresses by which to send GWs. And of course check out their website and look for any corporate addresses, addresses in their privacy policy, and so on. Probably as a fall back it would not hurt to send GWs to the regional addresses, though if they have branch offices open they probably don't handle reporting. Maybe they'll forward it to the right spot.
