WoW! Cap1 Removed my lates fees and CR lates!!

I called bd # this morning to give it a shot. I first spoke to a customer rep that transferred me to another rep, that finally transferred me to a really nice Supervisor. She reviewed my account and saw that I was behind 2 months on 2 account (1 Plat & 1 Sec.)~ (made minimum payment to catch up last week). She stated that before that I had been very consistent with my payments and would offer to remove 2 lates fees on each account and would also remove the negatives reporting to CRA's. 4 negative lates removed! This is a great thing CAP1, keep up the good work!! Call, be nice, ask them how there day is going, be sincere as you speak to them and they will help!!!!

+1 " be sincere as you speak to them"...

That's the best way to deliver your situation, most of these Supervisors, Execs, and the like have 'heard it all' - and they've heard it so much that they know the genuine deal when they hear it. (most do anyway)
