Has anyone had luck with a Goodwill letter by email? If so, where did you send them for Chase and/or Capital One?

Yeah, I know... but we can't post emails in here. And that link gives you the CEO's email address in the first two results right on the search page.

Capital one has an executive office that follows up on requests sent to that email, so it should work for you.
