I've tried sending GW letters for quite some time now. Both accounts are with the same company. The company simply stated that they had to report accurate information to the credit bureaus and they could not honor my request. I have a question, does it state ANYWHERE in the FCRA that a collection agency has to report an account or is it their own discretion?
