Harvard Collections ?

So I received a letter from Harvard collections, it is a legit CA and I do owe (26.05)

The question I have is at the bottom of the letter, word for word :

Please be advised that upon receipt of payment certified funds (Moneygram, Western Union, or Cashiers Check), the account will be requested to delete from national credit reporting agencies within 24-48 hours after payment is posted (please allow at least 30 days for the account to be actually deleted). If the payment is done via Phone check, or credit card, the account can be requested to be deleted from the national credit reporting agencies after 30 days from the posting date.

It will be your responsibility to call # to verify payment has posted and that the account is to be deleted from the National CRAs

Has any one heard of this before and which do you recommend ?

I'd send them a cashier's check. They sent you a PFD!

I thought so, just it threw me off with how they want it paid.
