Credit Karma Auto Insurance Score?

My CreditKarma "Auto Insurance Score" was a 884 a month ago and since has dropped to a 751 and a "very poor" rating. What does this mean? Does this really have any bearing on my auto insurance? It makes no sense to me because I've had zero tickets and zero accidents in my entire driving history. I pulled my driving record online recently and it just said "ZERO EVENTS." Clean as a whistle.

So why would it drop over 130 points in a month? I'm not worried because I know I have no accidents or tickets on my record and that's what the insurance companies care about when giving a rate. But should I be concerned for some reason I'm not thinking of?
