EOS-CCA Help

I have tried to PFD to EOS-CCA by mail and email and they have said they would report as paid in full, but will not delete. What are my next steps?

YMMV....I refused to pay them and they sold to another creditor, who I paid. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they responded with a delete. Mine was $99/AT&T

How much are we talking about?

It is a medical bill for $150. The bill is mine and never disputed that fact. However, I recieved a DV in the mail and all I asked for in the letter was a PFD...I didn't say anything about the validity of the debt.

To go along with the BBB complaint approach, there are some email contacts that have gotten removals too...

EOS-CCA does seem to fold.. I will send you the email contacts.. I would recommend dropping an email, and if you don't hear anything back, file a BBB complaint.. I think you will find success..

I would be very surprised if they hold it. If you aren't looking for news credit, I would hold off.

BBB route has been, in my estimation, hit or miss depending on what the debt is..

However, with that said, lots and lots of people have had success with EOS-CCA w/ the BBB approach..

EOS-CCA did exactly what they said they would do after I called them. I paid the $406 and it totally dropped off of my report as of today!!!
