Midland Contacts needed!

Can anyone supply me some e-mail contacts to have an old paid debt that is 6 years old removed. Just trying to see if I get this stupid old thing removed.. I am ready for battle.

I'm curious as to why you would email them instead of writing a letter and mailing it CMRRR so that you have verifiable proof that they received your letter.

It's a paid account which means they would like to send GWs by my guessing. You wouldn't want to send a GW by CMRRR.

Because it is requesting a goodwill gesture. You are asking for something out of their kindness, something that's out of the norm for their operating practices. Why would you want to track that, to have proof that it was sent? You wouldn't send a thank you or christmas card CMRRR.

Previous posters have claimed, and claimed success with a paid collection from Midland to just dispute it through the CRA's....they said that Midland does not respond to accounts that they have already collected on...have you tried that yet?

Careful with Midland they will promise you the world to get you to pay then stick it to you afterwards. I'm in a warzone with this company currently and have sent a formal complaint in to the CFPB still waiting to here a resolution and see if I can't get this removed. They said if I paid they wouldn't report the collection on my credit report so ofcourse I paid and they reneged and had it put on all three as unpaid..... I even have the letter they sent that says I paid the debt in full!

I could use the contact information of certain persons that PFDs or GW's worked on as well.
