Two items deleted this week!! WOOHOOOO!!

Thank you all SO much for this community! Two weeks ago, I started my journey in rebuilding my credit... I started the process of rehabbing all my student loans, and started sending out PFD and GW letters... both of which I had no idea existed until I read about on these forums.

Well, I disputed directly with a CA called LHR--they wrote me and apologized and said they are deleting my tradeline.

Then I had a dispute with Jefferson Capital--I thought my case was a part of the FTC settlement of 2008--they wrote back and said my case WAS NOT a part of the settlement, but as a courtesy, and because I paid them a settlement, they said they will delete the tradeline as well.

So that's two in one week! I'm so excited... granted, I have a LOOOOONG way to go, but this is the same feeling as when you first go on a diet thinking it's not working and then you weigh yourself and you're down 10 pounds... just gives you the motivation to keep going and going!
