Three CAs down, ONE more to go!!!

Okay so I'm a little obsessive with getting these CAs off my report, to the point of driving to two of them this past Friday to speak to a manager. I have 4 baddies on my report, Jefferson Capital (Tribute), ARS Account Resolutions (Medical), First Source Advantage (Medical) and Merrick Bank (Plains Commerce). So I have already disputed the Jefferson Capital through BBB and that one resulted in a PFD agreement. Made payment last week so now I'm just waiting for the deletion (takes up to 30 days). ARS and First Source were being very difficult over the phone and they did not respond to any of my letters last month. So I took matters into my own hands and drove to each one (about 20-25 miles each) and spoke softly and pleadingly to a manager about both accounts. This resulted in a PFD agreement for each of them (ARS took more begging and more people to speak to!), but it has been done! So my ONLY baddie will be Merrick Bank which I have sent a GW letter to the Vice President himself via first class mail with signature required.

I can't wait for about a month to go by before I pull my FICO score to see where I am at this point. I'm paying a ton of money to get my reports in shape, but MAN is is WORTH IT!!! So far I have lost count of how many GE cards I have acquired because I shop at most of them it turns out and their CLIs are sweet. I have my eye on the Discover IT and the Amex Skymiles Gold. So I'm in the gaaarrrdeeennn...... *singing sweetly*

Wow! Congrats! If I showed up with my 6'3" frame they may just want to call security. WTG on the initiative!
