Advice on Credit Union CO

I have a $7300 Charge off for a Credit Line that is due to drop off 4/14. They have reported it 180 days past due as late as Sept. 2012 and it appears they do it sporadically like every couple of months. I would like to settle ( PFD ) and even if they wouldn't agree to that it still drops in a year, but definitely need the past due reporting taken off. What % would you offer? 10% 20% thanks for any advice. on a sdie onte normally i would send a letter since it is such a small CU i wonder if i would get further actually calling? its way past the SOL

I would call them and see if you could get a pay for delete.

How Much would you offer? I was thinking no more than $2,000 anything over that i will just wait it out. Is that Reasonable?

Never mind I found it.

Almost 7 years old. I would start around 20 -25% for a settlement. Give yourself play room if they want more to delete.
