Just got a call from Wells Fargo Dealer Services Office of the President and they are removing a 30 day late from Jan 2012. They are going to fax me the letter and report to all three CRAs. I sent an email to customer service two weeks ago, no answer. I called customer service, they gave me a fax number. Faxed a GW in ten days ago. I am impatient so I sent an e-mail to the office of the president last night. LATE last night. Just got a call. So excited I could cry....

If you wouldn't mind, could you send along the contact information that you used? I have sent numerous GW letters, and all I have received back was "they couldn't find the account I am referencing." There are two 30 days late that is on the fiances report and I know for a fact that neither of those occurred, as one late was after the car was already traded to the dealer when a new one was purchased.

I'm in the same boat.. I need to remove some late payments..I spoke with them today and obtained the fax number. I you would be so kind to share the info of who the president is and his email also. Did you have to agree to set up automatic payments? I would greatly appreciate it if you could walk me through how to get the same results.

I recently sent a GW letter also...fax number 800-428-1767.....still trying to find the CEO's email..will post as soon as I locate it.

Thank you for the email information. I also got a call a few days after submitting my GW attempt at having 3 separate 30 day lates. I was having a hard time catching up on the payment and it kept snowballing to the next month until I got my tax returns in 2012 and was able to catch up. The man who called me to discuss the email said that it is illegal to inaccurately report, and by removing the 30 day lates he would be inaccurately reporting. I asked him to just 'leave the notation out', leave it as a month with no data. He said that would be illegal and he could not fufill my request.

Glad for you to have the deletion! Maybe I will attempt again when the lates are a little older (Jan, april, may 2012).

Will you please send me the contact info for the office of the president or whomever I may need to contact to have an incorrect 30 day late removed? I made my payment which was due Feb 20th on March 21st through one of their reps who assured me that although I was making the Feb payment after the March 20th came due, I would still be okay because Feb was a short month. If you count the days, the payment was actually made on day 29. I just found out they have reported me as a 30 day late to Experian for sure and no reason not to believe they haven't done the same with other 2 CRAs. This is the ONLY negative on my credit report. Please help. Thanks!!

Hi I have a huge request, Do you happent to know the fax # and or email you sent your request to ? I am also in that same boat. I have 2 lates and the loan was paid off back in 2011 and I really want to buy a house and that is really hurting me. I am also stuck on who do I even address this type of letter to ? I have never wrote a letter like this before. thank you in advance.
