OK contacted universal fidelity about a collection the person on phone stated the information he has says the order date for the products was October 15 of 2004 but the date CA gave transUnion is 8 of 2012

That date only refers to the date the CA was assigned the debt. It has nothing to do with SOL or CRTP.

From the DoFD. TU doesn't have those they give a fall off date.

Filing a suit against someone is sometimes the only way to get relief from the debt.

The date the CA reported it has nothing to do with the DoFD. Ask the OC when the DoFD was.

The DV won't tell you the DoFD. Only that this much is owed and who is collecting on it. The name of the OC and address if you ask.

In the DV request I asked for any and all information they had regarding the debt and the contact information for the OC stating the FDCPA code 809
