Finally Got a deletion from Capital One!!!!!!!

After months if calling and disputing I finally got through to Capital One!!!!!! Below is part of the letter that sent me,

In addition, I have sent an update to the major consumer reporting agencies to remove the delinquencies reporting
for the months of December 2011 and February 2012 from your credit profile. As all credit reporting is processed
electronically it may take these agencies up to 90 days to update their records. In the interim, this letter shall
serve as verification to any parties that may be interested in the outcome of this matter.

I am super excited!!!!!!!!

Congrats!! I am having no luck. Did you contact the EO or just regular address?

On 3/3/13 I filed a complaint with the BBB and in the complaint it asked me how would I like for this issue to be resolved. I put for my 2-30 day lates to be removed from all credit reporting agencies. I received the email today!!

I'm just afraid they'll add a dispute comment to my TL! I have ONE 30 day late payment in the 5 years I've had the card and Capital One won't budge. I don't feel it's right to file a complaint with the BBB though, they ARE doing their job... lol good for you though!!!
