Does anyone have an email address for Santander Consumer USA? I'm trying to possibly get 3 late payments from 2008 (back when it was HSBC Auto Finance). I tried to contact them through their website but I keep on getting an error message everytime I submit the email. Very frustrating as I've had to rewrite my GW letter twice :/

Also, has anyone had any success with them? I havent been late on any payments for the past two years. Hopefully they'll make an exception for me.

Santander bought my CitiAuto loan a while back and totally screwed the pooch during the last 3 months of my loan. They bought it at the tail end, due date changed, and they started reporting my payments as late.
