First Premier Success ... I think

I sent a GW to first premier both by mail and email to remove a tradeline that went into default with no response, I checked my CR this morning it is no longer listed on my EQ or EX reports, TU hasn't updated anything that's been removed yet so I won't waste money refreshing that report. Has anyone else had this happen?

When was the DoFD? Did it just fall off?

it wasn't scheduled to fall off until September DoFD was September 2006

I've sent numerous GW letters as well asking to remove a 30 day late. I keep getting the same response. "We are unable to change information that has been reported accurately.....BLAH, BLAH". My account is still active with them. I never tried the email approach. Can you "please" message me the email address you used? Thanks

its entirely possible that it fell off, I have had things fall off early. Chase account was removed 4 months early, so this is quite possible. Either way, its a win!
