I would assume it is from your Equifax report? I will PM you a link that may explain what could be going on. I bet if you look at your EQ credit report that it may not have more than one 90 day late reported.

I have a Cap One with the same thing 16 times 90 day late from my FICO EQ report but when I look at my mailed copy of my actual EQ report it just has the 30 60 90 120 150 CO.

This is my first post, but have gained much knowledge from this board!! (Including my first PFD success!!)

I sent a GW letter to Capital One asking them to change/delete the status line on an old CO that reads "bad debt/collection". I paid the card in full in 2009. I opened the card in 2007 and it was CO in 2009. I was horrible with my credit back then and am suffering for it now. I have cleaned up my credit from the high 400's to a TU 662.

Stats on Card:

Opened Sept 2007

Date of Last Activity July 2009

My question is the errors they have on payment history...

30 days- 5 times

60 days - 4 time

90+- 23 times!!! THIS IS NOT PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE! The card was not open long enough for that!!

Who should I dispute first... Capital One or the CRA?? What would be the best route to go?? Help!!

Forgot to mention... I got the standard "we have reviewed and the information reported is correct" from Cap One. I am not sure if the 23 90+ days was a result of someone accidentally updating it when they were reviewing the account or how it ihappened.
