His Mom asked for information on this supposed lawsuit, and they would not give her any. Strange thing is, this debt is about 6 years old, and only about $2000. I haven't been served papers against this, and the statute of limitations has expired. Is this just a scare tactic? I was not even on the loans for this home purchase, just on the title so it makes it even more puzzling.
