I noticed tonight that NCO Financial has been soft pulling me (on at least Transunion) since February 2012....... There are no collection accounts on my report showing NCO. Do I need to send them a DV and wake a sleeping giant? Or should I ignore the soft pulls until they do show up? I have not gotten any dunning letters or anything. What would you do in this situation?
