What are my odds of getting BoA to GW Delete lates from a charged off account?

Here is the list:

2007: March (30), April (60), May (90), June (60), July (90), August (120)

2008: Dec (30)

2009: March (30), April (60), May (60), June (90), July (120), August (150), September (180)

I am in the process of paying this collection account with the CA.

Is there any change I can get BoA to delete any of these lates? If so, what is the best approach?

I had a similar situation with BOA, though my account was settled with them back in 2009, and have had no luck with GW. I even contacted the CEO by e-mail directly - he delegated it to someone in his office, they were very nice but I wasn't successful.

I also have a HELOC with them that I opened in 2004 that is current, and the account is due to fall off in three months (six months from the period I was speaking with them), but that gave me no leverage. I'm a bit milquetoast in negotiating for favors though, so a more aggressive personality might have had more success.
