Interstate Credit Collections in NC Contact?

Does anyone have a contact for Interstate Credit Collections out of Winston Salem, NC? I found out that they may be owned by DataMax also out of NC I think . . .

I sent in a Goodwill letter to their address listed on the CR and got a pretty useless response saying that they would not update or remove my paid collection.

I just finished with Interstate on Wednesday. I sent out three letters and all I got was a "canned response" also. They deleted my $74 collection. What I did, I went to the place that were it all started, the place where I receive the services. The nice lady said you can pay me and I will call "their rep" and ask about deleting it. She called the someone before I paid her. It took about ten days and I called the number on the letter they sent out and the other nice lady on the phone was looking through my account and said, we sent notices to the CRAs to have it deleted. Got home and looked on one report, it was gone, a day or two later, the others were gone.
