Today, I am free of any and all negatives on credit reports. I once had 9 positive to 34 negative accounts listed 7 years ago. Now I have 11 positive to 0 negative accounts listed. This is very humbling. Once I pay down my accounts to below 9% utilization, the FICO estimator shows scores ranging from 710-750. With this monkey off my back, I can focus on a mortgage application within the next year. Oh happy days. Hope this motivates others, keep grinding, good luck.
