Help!!!!

We have been paying down our credit cards and loans. We are now down to 14% Utilization. But, now our credit score keeps dropping. I do not understand why. Example. We just completely paid off on of the credit cards and we get an alert showing the balance decrease and a drop of 8 points on the score. Does anybody know why this is happening?

Don't let all of your CC report a 0 balance. Let all but one report 0 and the other at 9% or below.

We still have 2 reporting balances. Why would the score keep dropping though?

It depends on your overall credit profile. Paying down CC should only help.

Are you sure nothing else happened at the same time?

No, We are not late on anything. I even bought a Credit report through FICO because I was freaking out! The only change is lower balances.
