on EX I have two accounts that "estimate" they will fall off in august...Does EX update it on its own and they fall off? Or should I dispute it? I have heard of some people using the online dispute when this happens and seeing them removed.

So if I wait another month, at 90 days if its still not removed, whats the best action?

Mail/fax/email Experian a copy of letter? It does not state I paid anything.

Dispute online?

I would get a copy of the bank statement that shows you paid them if they didnt give you anything showing you paid them. Afterward if you dispute it through the CRA when they go to investigate it, in theory if the CA keeps their word, it could be removed that way if it doesnt happen to be removed by then.

I have 2 letters: one showing paid in full, the other is a request to delete.

From what Ive read (hoping DaBears hops in if Im mistaken) is that the CRAs frown on the letters that state a debt was paaid and request to delete because its in essense a violation because the debt should technically be marked as paid, not deleted

For the one that says they request for the TL to be deleted. The CRA's will have to honor that document. The one paid in full they will just update to show the reflection of paid in full. Areboth those letters from the same CA?

Yes they are. One verifies that account paid in full/zero balance. The delete letter is seperate and makes no reference to receiving payment/pd in full, etc.

What i typed in previous post is all it contains. So i should be safe faxing that to Experian, correct?

The CA probably sent a AUD # to them I would call and let them know you have a letter from the CA that shows deletion of their trade line from all three CRA's. TU and EX have already deleted why not them???? If they don't delete I would file a complaint with the CFPB and FTC.
