This was an old HSBC/Best Buy account. According to TranUnion the original Balance was $1786. It lists the account as open on 10/20/2010, which is when around the time they purchased it. I live in IL. What are my options/steps to get this removed? There is no way I'm paying them $1000 more than the balance!<BR /><BR />Thank you for any help you can provide.
