Capital One Auto Finance Goodwill

Good morning everyone. I am trying to see if anyone has had luck getting any good will with Capitalone Auto Finance? I have a couple of 30 day lates I am wanting to get removed. I know I would probably have better luck getting appointed to the senate! Would love to hear if anyone has had luck! If anyone has contact information could you please email or message it to me, hoping for a miracle. Thanks in advance!

bump! I would really like to know if anyone has a contact. They just posted a 30 day late to my CRs in error! I haven't had any lates in 4 yrs so this is a big bomb to my score.

Have you tried calling them about this error? Is there anything on your monthly statement, about the steps to take in reporting an error?

Sucess!! Ist thing I had to do was pray believe the Lord would step in and work this out in my favor . I called to report the issue and the mgr escalated the issue to their Credit Report Dispute department. That was Monday....on Sat I received an alert that a change posted. My account was back to "current" status fpor all 3 bureaus. Texasmom07 don't give up!

I recently noticed that in 6 years i was late 13 times. Most recent in 2013 before the car was paif off. I just sent a letter to Capital one asking for a good will removal of some if not all the 30 day lates. I am hoping for the same!!!! this gives me HOPE in this credit game.

I've sent another GW letter to capital on auto finance to remove lates an they will not even answer ?? Any ideas?

I would love some help with Capital One too. I had one 30-day late in 01/2009 and sent a gw letter but they replied back stating they looked at the account history and it was accurate so it will remain. That is the only late on the card since it was open in 2005 and it currently has a $0 balance. Has anyone had any luck with them?

Did anyone ever get a response from Capital One Auto? I have a paid off loan also with some 30/60/90 lates and I'm just wondering if I'm wasting my time sending a GW letter.

Edit: Since this loan was paid off, I've applied for and received three Cap One CC's, all in good standing.
