Calvary was the worst. Reporting an increasing balance every month around $5k. always came back verified. I guess third time is a charm. let this be a lesson, keep sending those DV and MOV.

I was on EQ to check dispute status for another account and guess what? Calvary was gone!?!?!?!?!? I am so excited I can NOT sit still.....but, I checked EX and it was still there...

Gone from EX too. I can't purchase TU right now.....I will have to wait until the end of the month to take a look at my credit karma free score.

What was your reason? I sent Cavalry a DV and they responded saying they would investigate. Then they added dispute comments to my report. I had the comments removed. However, they have not validated the TL or anything else.

They never responded to a DV or any communication. The payment history was inaccurate, I think they put payments on the report so they could keep working it. I don't know why its gone, but I am elated!!!

Congrats! They need to stop the shenanigans. Either you validate or not...What's the problem? I'm tired of this nonsense. They are holding my report hostage.

Has anyone received a second letter from Cavalry? My letter states that they are still attempting to validate via the OC (HSBC)?

Cavalry has asked HSBC for original documentation on my account.

Does Calvary purchase the debt or can a person go back to the OC? I have a Calvary collections and I think it is from HSBC. I just want to get it paid and try to get it removed from my reports.
