DV on debt that has been transferred to a different CA

Hello all,

There is a collection on my CR that lists a debt of $4200 that is currently being held by "Ltd Finc Svc" but the original lender is listed as Advantage Assets, Inc. I'm not sure if this is a valid debt or not. To get to the OC of this debt, would I need to DV Ltd Finc Svc or Advantage Assets?

DV the CA currently reporting on your CR.

When I DV the current CA reporting the debt, would they be able to provide the OC's info?

Under the terms of a DV, that is one of the things that they must supply to you.
