Judgement Silly Question

I have 1 pd collection remaining (& still showing a balance) and 1 judgement. I filed a motion to vacate prob a month ago and have heard nothing about a court date. The judgement was paid in Dec 2013 and its still showing with a balance on all 3 reports. Should I go ahead and dispute with the CB? My hesitation is I am looking to app for a mortgage in the next 2 months. If its disputed, verified, and updated would I take a score hit? Or would it be more advantageous to continue to let it report and show the lender the paid statement from the atty/CapOne? Any advice is appreciated -- thank u!!

I would call the clerk to ask about progress for court date, you want to stay on top of this..
