Hello again I'm sorry in regards going much overboard with this last post . I'm trying again to correct my mistake .i read so many post and responses and really want to learn and gain knowledge with the value of respect

so here it goes another try .

im in need of anyone help how to deal with a few situation with my credit report having little credit with most had been deleted and removed only leaving mostly two items I'm having difficult time with the CRA EQ ., CA , calvary Portfolio HSBC /Charge Off sold Tranfer to Capital One sent To CALVARY PORTFOLIO. Which I have an CC account from Capital one looked at my credit first time oct 2013 Last time I applied for credit was 2010 first premerier I applied and disputed as I remember because I wasn't happy with they billed me and already added a late charge even before without my knowledge I sent card back told them to cancel

capital one never was last but remember over cl first time but when contacted to cap one they always say my account all ways in good standing and they the rep offered to disputed in my behalf .i just said fine and that begined many confusion with HSBC /capital one / Calvary during that time I reported first one line dispute Calvary and HSBC not my account been going many fraudul ent accounts and and reports I haven't applied for credit in years do to death in family So I am starting to clean up my act and lean and rrake control of my identity thief and credit so which leads to here trying to verify these collections and charge off I don't recall but during my first attempted the validation damback the account is mine but HSBC and Capiral one could not fine or located account 3 /4 times I stalled my last attempt was contacting. EQ and speak with a person and that ending up with poor service and a convolution reporting wrong account as fraud my open capital one in good standing . And they closed it

will come to that in another time . My main goal here is to get this Calvary and HSBC off my report because I strongly feel and it's not my account I don't think they have any documents to validate and they are stalling me when I contacted HSBC found the account after I contacted Calvary and gave them my proper address where claims to gave never did I asked them to send me a DV the rep said I wI'll take 90 days sense they have to verify with HSBC and 3 others something .msking me alittle bit foolish I gave them my address but I don't care .i really feel they nevet had any details regarding this account they just bought it and when CRA request to varify they only varifUes the game and SS on the report because they didn't even take them two days every time I requested them to validate .I never heard them say it will takre 90 days to get a DV or anything I can look at to chek it's a bit wrong and shaddy if I would complaint .besides. Capital one and the CRA made a big mistake during all this and can't overturun my account sending me all the run around I demanded they send me a report and they just sent me a lette Findly they got good news they closed my account and I'm nit responsible for any charges charges nice I disnt report that account fraudulent CRA dis and both admitt it was a mistake and now 60/90 days they removing the TL from all my reports lucky me TU/EX already removed . So what how can I gain back recon. Recourse of all this I think what I'm am trying to ask

ive been chef king this forum fit the past 4 months and I think it's one of greatest forums I been looking and searching for answer
