Yeah I tried google and I found a few different address no CEO name though. Can I send it to the CFO

I would guarantee that the CEO is listed out there somewhere.

All they sent were the copies of the bills? IMO, that's not a DV. The purpose of the DV is to say "OK CA, who are you and what is YOUR right to collect from me?" A copy of your bills would not satisfy me that they have the right to collect from me.

What did you ask them to validate per your letter? If they did not validate everything that you asked them to validate, then I don't think that they have validated (OUCH, that even hurt me to write val... all those times).

Be careful there are a lot of addresses for this company out there. That is why I asked if it was listed on the CR. They have several offices.

Glamchick, that depends on what you asked them to validate. If you asked for them to send you a copy of the bill, then okay. But, if you asked them for a laundry list of reasonable items and they sent you a copy of the bill, then, IMO, no. I would send them the DV again, outlining what they haven't validated and have them validate again. If they fail to do so, dispute with the CRAs, sending them a copy of the DV, CM receipt and GC.

Byrdman this is what i sent below. They sent me a letter along with my statements saying "here is the information you requested" That was it. So after reading my letter below let me know if i should dv again. Thanks for your help!

In an attempt to validate this debt, I am requesting evidence of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. In accordance with Section 809 of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and corresponding case law, please provide me, in writing, the following information:
