Reopening old credit lines to raise AAoA?

I have a lot of closed accounts on my credit report, is it possible to re open an account and back date it? I'd like to raise my AAoA. Here is what I have:

RC Willey (Doesn't show up on myFico) 2000-2005 (can't remember what this was?)

GECreditBank/Chevron 2003-2008 Closed by my request

FNB Omaha 2000-2008 Closed by my request

Emerge 2000-2004 Closed by my request

Various closed by grantors amd charge offs I won't bother to list. I have two collections left to pay & one showing paid off on my report (trying to get removed). Started with about 10 last year.

the accounts that were closed in good standing remain on your report for 10 years and contribute to aaoa.

+1 and no one re-opens accounts anymore that I know of... AMEX is the only 1 to backdate to when you first became a member.

I agree. You can reapply, but it would be a new account.
