USAA closed by secured card and give me a KD?

I opened a secured CC with USAA and then about 2 months later (March 28 2014) filed CH7. USAA closed my CC (ok .. fine), but now they are reporting KD for May (umm **bleep**?!).

I have always paid my bill on time. My limit was $300 and when they closed it I had about $100 charged. I asked them how I was suppose to pay the $100 and they said that I cant and when the BK closes they will take the $300 (they put in a CD for the card) use that money to pay off what I owe and then refund me the rest.

the KD doesnt seem accurate to me? How can I get punished for something I cant pay off?

You cant be, it is bogus reporting, once the BK is filed all they can report is IIB 0 balance, dispute as IIB though I would wait till discharge and then dispute as you may have more bogus reporting to take care of and it can be done on one letter to each CRA.
