As of January 2014 I have been repairing my credit. There a few removals from experian. Then all of sudden they say can't verify your info. Please send in information to verify who you are. Once this happen do I have to start over with the GW letters that they have not respond to that was sent to keep the progress going.

Who is saying this EX or the company you are sending the GW to??

They're checking to make sure you're not a Credit Repair Company that's robo-disputing with them.
