Honda GW SUCCESS!

I have tried to get a 30 day late removed from honda financial on a car I had. It was always "nope".
I messaged them Thursday, and got a call Friday telling me they were removing the late from all reports, and today I got a SW alert that looks like it's been removed. I can't see the report unless I pay, but it's from Honda, and my score went up 10 points. Yay!

Congrats!! I have just one late that happens a month ago and I have called twice to see if it could be removed. Is there anyway you could PM me the contact information you used to get the 30 days removed I would greatly appreciate it! KUDOS!!
