Ally Auto GW address

I have 2 30 day lates from Ally, neither of which are valid. I actually pay this early and often, so I keep ahead. From reading the forums, it looks like they tend to make mistakes like this quite frequently. I have written a GW letter to them, but I didn't send it to anyone in any power. I'm not expecting any joy, so planning in advance,

1) has anyone had success with them? and

2) does anyone have a good address'/contact for them?

I called about mine and they gave me an address to write a letter too , I never did but will this week and I'll post the address.

Did anyone get anywhere with this? I find myself in a similar situation with one 30 day. It was paid on the weekend before the 30th day, they didn't credit it until it was 30 days.

I have a copy of my report from TU and they have ALLY's address as

When I was cleaning up my credit report I filed complaints on the credit bureau that had the error with the FTC and with the BBB (on the company) I filed the BBB in the area that the main company was located. The BBB worked with me and we got it corrected. I only received an email from the FTC but my credit report was updated within weeks. Good Luck!
