HOW TO REMOVE AN OLD AUTO LOAN CHARGE OFF

I have an old auto loan chargeoff with Chase. The balance is showing $0 with a past due amount of $0 on my credit report. The date of major delinquency first reported on 09/2009 and date of first delinquency 06/2009. The creditor last reporting date was 04/13/2013. Can some one show me how to have it removed from my credit file please?

You could request goodwill from Chase. I haven't had any luck trying to get a Chase credit card CO removed with them and just don't bother anymore. There are a few people who have had some luck with Chase, though.
